**Track Of The Day** Black Stone Cherry - Killing Floor

Today's **Track Of The Day** is taken from Black Stone Cherry's third album 'Between the Devil & the Deep Blue Sea'. Whilst the album is the bands most commercial to date, this song 'Killing Floor' finds the band at their darkest. Co-written with John 5, it features a riff more reminiscent of bands like 3 Doors Down or Alice in Chains rather than their usual southern rock influences.

It's a powerful slab of rock nonetheless and if you like this but don't know much else about BSC then there's a whole three albums to check out. We recommend their self-titled debut and it's follow up 'Folklore and Superstition'
