The Beach Boys Plan UK Show
The Beach Boys have confirmed plans for a
50th anniversary re-union show in the UK.
One of the most iconic names in pop music, The Beach
Boys just seem to scream summer. Harmonies born from
the haze of California, the band's output never seems to age
despite the passing years.
Reforming just in time for their 50th anniversary, The Beach
Boys have outlined plans for a number of shows. Brian
Wilson, Mike Love, Al Jardine, Bruce Johnston and David Marks are
touring across the globe, with a British date now firmly in their
The legendary group will play Wembley Arena on September 28th,
with tickets for the Live Nation show set to go on sale at 9am on
Alongside the live shows, Beach
Boys have also been working on a new studio album. 'That's
Why God Made The Radio' is set to be released on June 4th, with
Brian Wilson returning on production.
"Radio was my whole education," Brian Wilson explained recently.
"Chuck Berry, Rosemary Clooney, The Four Freshmen, Phil Spector,
Little Richard... To hear 'That's Why God Made The Radio' on the
radio would be a thrill beyond belief, it really would."
'That's Why God Made The Radio' is set to be released on June
