Asia Forced to Cancel UK Dates

Asia Forced to Cancel UK Dates -

Asia have been forced to cancel all seven dates of their 30th anniversary UK tour after Carl Palmer (drummer) was hit with a severe case of E.coli, reports Classic Rock Magazine.

Ticketholders are advised to consult their vendor for refund information.

Asia & Yes guitarist Steve Howe  recently explained the reasons the band could only function with its original members whilst, Yes, can successfully change line-ups.

He said:

"Yes and Asia are very different kinds of creatures, really. It must be personalities. Asia doesn't work unless it is the original guys."

Dec 16: Holmfirth The Picturedrome
Dec 17: Edinburgh Queens Hall
Dec 19: Salisbury City Hal
Dec 20: Birmingham Town Hall
