Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page has a new book on the way. 'Light & Shade: Conversations With Jimmy Page,' by Guitar World's Brad Tolinski, will be published October 23, report Hennemusic

The new book is a rare literary outing for Page, who throughout the years has shunned any talk of a biography, much in the same way his bandmates have through the years.

However, Tolinski, Editorial Director of Guitar World, Revolver and Guitar Aficionado magazines, has managed to interview Page more than anyone else through the years and has established a trusting relationship with the guitar master.

The book has been compiled from over 50 hours of interviews that touch on everything from the 60's music scene through to bands and artists Page has worked with through the years such as The Who, The Kinks and Eric Clapton.
