Muse & Warner Music Sued Over 'Exogenesis'
Devonshire three piece, Muse have hit a rich vein
of form these past few years filling stadiums worldwide with their
symphonic rock anthems whilst wowing audiences thanks to their
elaborate & forward thinking live shows.
However recently the band & their record label, Warner Music, have found themselves
at the foot of a legal dispute over their 'Exogenesis'

News, Mr. Charles Bollfrass is seeking $3.5 million
after claiming that Muse 'ripped off' his idea of a sci-fi rock
opera about space travel following the demise of planet earth. The
songwriter filed the lawsuit in a Manhattan court last week and
accused Muse of stealing his "cinematic
science-fiction rock opera" idea.
Bollfrass, who is being represented in court by Robert
Kleinman and Kerry O'Brien, claims that he approached
the trio along with two other as-yet unnamed bands,in 2005 about
composing a score for the project, which Matt Bellamy and co
allegedly rejected. Bollfrass also claims the album art for
'The Resistance' features an image that the band
stole from the storyboards of his rock opera. He is attempting to
