Ronnie James Dio Childhood Home is up For Sale - The childhood home of late metal icon Ronnie James Dio is currently up for sale on eBay with a starting bid of $90,000, reports MetalTalk.
The description reads: 'This is the house [Ronnie] grew up in, wrote songs in, had parties in, and played in!
'We bought the house from Ronnie about 3.5 years ago and have enjoyed living there but it is too small for our growing family. I am listing it on eBay in the hopes that a TRUE Dio fan can get this house and enjoy owning a piece or Heavy Metal history.'
The seller goes on to reveal that the house is somewhat of an institution for Dio fans with many visiting for a photo opportunity. The house is located in Cortland, N.Y. and holds three bedrooms and one bathroom in its 1,000-square foot floor plan. However, the real value is obviously in the knowledge that you're living in a local landmark.
